Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
Standard UK delivery costs £2.50 and usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Orders of £30 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, unopened, in their original packaging, with any hygiene or tamper-evident seal intact and all included accessories unused.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for change-of-mind return postage.
Please contact us before sending any return so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us at contact@mimobeauty.uk within 5 days of delivery where possible, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
