Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, launches or promotional events, processing times may occasionally be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

UK delivery

Our standard UK delivery service costs £2.50.

Orders of £30 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery.

Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other disruption.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mimobeauty.uk.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@mimobeauty.uk and include your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and help investigate the delivery.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery where possible, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
